wanted to expand into the European market and contracted Sales & Marketing
Services to conduct a detailed survey on their behalf in over 20 European
Countries. We studied the economic and political climates, the state-of-the-art in
Europe, the size and growth of passenger transport networks in each territory,
competitors market shares, and developed a forecast model for potential market
size. Commenting on the survey the Director of Public Transport commented “I

business, and the quality of his work”.
Developing a B2B distribution network - our client supplies mobile digital
video recording systems and needed to set-up a distribution and installation
network throughout the UK. Sales and Marketing Services researched the
market and began signing nationwide dealers onto the scheme. This included
producing a range of marketing materials (posters, brochures, and product
demonstration videos), writing a distributor contract, training the installers on
site (sales and technical training), and gaining approval from numerous Local

control equipment - our client develops and manufactures a range of meteorological measurement systems and wanted to expand
into the UK aviation market. We undertook a study of legislative and functional user requirements with a particular focus on surface
wind measurement for air traffic control, and developed a flow chart for automated reporting. We also studied competing systems,
market size, and considered new measurement technologies. This lead to our client successfully entering the UK aviation market
and lead to further successful product developments.
